Bambucha is a live and perishable kombucha, so we cannot accept returns. Please refrigerate upon delivery and contact us if you have any issues with the delivered product. Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Thank you!

All hard kombucha orders ship via GLS and we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We pack orders within 48 business hours and then shipping typically takes 1-2 business days, depending on where you live. So keep in mind that depending on the timing of your order, it can take up to five days total to arrive at your doorstep. Packages are not shipped out on weekends, so orders placed Friday - Sunday will be packaged on Monday. We don't ship out on holidays. 

All our kombucha ships with a large cold pack and thermal insulator.  Our kombucha is live and must be placed in refrigerator upon receipt.
