  • What is kombucha?
    Kombucha is a fermented tea passed down by centuries of Eastern tradition. Kombucha is made from crafting a base of sweetened tea and is cultured with a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast). Over time, the SCOBY transforms the tea into a tangy, naturally effervescent drink with billions of living probiotics and healthy acids to support gut health and promote overall well being.

    You can view the nutrition facts below. All of our kombucha is Gluten-Free, Vegan, Raw, and USDA Certified Organic.   • Are you certified organic?
    Yes, we are USDA Organic, certified by Oregon Tilth. If a company represents their product as organic without a certifier, then there is no guarentee the product or ingredients are organic. The process of being certified is not easy as it takes dedication and diligence.
  • What kind of tea do you use?
    We use a combination of black and green tea in all of our kombuchas -- always organic, always premium.
  • What does Bambucha mean?
    We’re glad you asked! Bambucha means "BIG" in Pidgin Hawaiian, and it suits our kombucha perfectly. We are BIG on flavor, BIG on taste, and most definitely BIG on smiles :)
  • You say you're different. What does that mean?
    Well, for starters, all our kombucha is USDA organic, with ingredients sourced from small farms. But our BIG difference is our taste. Each can of Bambucha started out with our classically trained chefs (who just happen to have 60+ years of combined culinary experience). They apply everything they know about flavor to create new taste combos that are unlike anything you’ve ever experienced with kombucha before. No fizzy vinegary taste around here, our friends.
  • How should I store my Bambucha?
    Our Kombucha is a raw food containing billions of living probiotics so it should ALWAYS be kept chilled in a refrigerator. But don’t worry if it’s out of the fridge for a short while during delivery -- as long as you refrigerate it once you receive it.
  • My family drinks so much of this, we need a regular delivery. Do you offer discounts if I get a subscription?

  • Do you have a tap room I can come visit?
    At this point our brewery is only dedicated to creating the extraordinarily delicious Bambucha you know and love and isn’t set up for visitors. If that changes in the future, we will be sure to let you know.
